Our aim is to make the concept of the ECO climate currency public and understandable, and to introduce it into the public and political debate as a social and fair, but above all effective alternative to CO2 taxes and EU certificate trading. In order to initiate a public discussion and sensitize political decision-makers to the implementation of alternative solutions, we are looking for multipliers to act as ECO ambassadors. At a time when innovative solutions and fresh perspectives are in demand, the model of a complementary resource currency is a significant contribution to the climate debate.

The ECO is a tradable, personal emissions budget that all citizens receive as an ecological basic income.

The ECO enables us to meet our emissions targets reliably, socially and fairly.

Cap: We set clear limits for CO2 emissions. Each of us receives an equal emissions budget.
Personalize: You decide autonomously about your consumption. Your power as a consumer influences the green transformation.
Trade: The ECO can be traded. This creates a direct financial balance between low consumers and high emitters.
